There are 3 phases of an environmental project. HESA is a cost-conscious company. We realize that you may not have figured environmental compliance issues into your budget. A phased approach is utilized to minimize cost and a scope of work is developed accordingly.

- Review of historical records

Phase II

- Testing of property
- Report summary of findings

Phase III

- Remediation (cleanup) of hazards identified as a result of Phase I & II activities.
